The president of the CONMEBOL, Alejandro Domínguez, said this Saturday that the final of the Copa Libertadores between River Plate Y Boca Juniors in Madrid, on Sunday, December 9, is “irreversible”, and stressed that Spain It is the country where there are more Argentines living outside their territory.
